Angela Robbins was certified in 2008 by the Helen Bader Institute for Non-Profit Management at University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Mrs. Robbins is a dynamo, a true “connector”.
She serves on the African-American Alliance, Milwaukee's First Ladies Caucus, the Milwaukee Secure Detention Facility Community Relations Board, and 100 Black Women and the Milwaukee Fatherhood Collaborative. Ms. Robbins’ leadership of COMPEL was highlighted at the 2009 YWCA “Circle of Women” luncheon & featured in "Black Women 50+".

Sally Ladky has an extensive record as an educator as well as a passion for youth. She holds a Masters in Education with emphasis in Youth Development. She worked previously as Coordinator of Student Activities at Marquette University. With a strong belief in professional development, she holds recent course certification in ten pertinent family and youth development topics.
She co-chaired the Milwaukee Teen Pregnancy Prevention Network, and is a member of the Girls In Charge Coalition. She was awarded the 2007 Inspire By Example Award by the Volunteer Center of Milwaukee. She created COMPEL’s Youth Voices program.
